Surela in the spa was wonderful! I had two massages with her while I was there. Ashraf took care of cleaning my room each day and was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with various items and accommodating all my needs. Both of these staff members deserve the highest recognition.

I really love this hotel and everything about it: the food, the rooms, the cleanliness and new facilities, the gym; the location is the best; but most of all, I love the people who represent the grace and generosity of spirit that is Bengal.
