Friendly staffs at the front desk. They were not after money but the guests comfort. I checked in around 2hrs early and they were very accommodating and served us coffee before we were allocated rooms.

We had a lovely family get together of around 5 people. The day we went there were sooo many groups but amazingly all were handled very efficiently. Friendly service, clean environment, soothing ambience made it a complete relaxation .
