When I was looking at various places on Booking.com especially hotels and homestays, their government raft caught my eye. I first check their profile pictures properly and see what benefits I can get. Their villa attracts me and I book. The best thing for me was that the brother himself came to pick us up at the railway station. This has never happened anywhere in my life. Then go to their house for hospitality. The way we got to mingle with the whole family was a big find for me and will be a memory in our lives. His two sons and daughter are very well. Their children were completely mixed with my child. It felt like my own home. Always made breakfast and dinner for us. We have not received this kind of hospitality in any homestay or hotel. In one word I can say that my stay at this homestay is a wonderful experience.

I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, so I can’t comment on the room. However, the staff were really nice and helpful. When we found out we couldn’t stay, they gave us WiFi so we could book another hotel since we didn’t have a SIM or internet yet. They also didn’t charge us anything, which I really appreciated. The location was also great, especially being very close to the hospitals.

I loved coming back each day, after my explorations of the city. I called it coming home each time I came through the door. I felt so happy there... safe, looked after, cared for. The hotel team are simply wonderful. Every single one contributed to making my stay just lovely. They even took me to a local store upon arrival to help me get a SIM card, as they aren't available at the airport. This made such a difference to me, and is indicative of how above and beyond the staff here are willing to go to make your stay as good as can be. As for the hotel itself, the room was perfect, everything I needed, and clean and comfortable... And the food in the restaurant was delicious every time. The location was good... Surrounded by any and all shops and services that you could want. I used Uber for getting around and drivers never had a problem finding it. But it was the people that made it. It is quite rare for me to find it hard to leave, but I did here...

The staff went above and beyond to help my parents ( both are seniors) to help them with the food and transportation. They were always available and helped in every way. They even packed food for their flight journey. Overall a big Kudos to everyone and special mention to Shanu, the Buffet staff and the Transport team. THANK YOU
