That's a real gem of a place near Leh. Vikram and Indrani were perfect hosts. Five stars for all the amenities including food, accommodation, arranging any tours/driver for our trips in the area, massage at their facility, or just a relaxing chill time by the water stream going through their property, everything was superb. They have a very friendly staff, we just felt like we are part of their family they have built in this place. This was our first night here after landing in Leh and probably because of heat and some exertion in the city, I had severe headache and AMS symptoms that night. Having that assurance from Vikram that this will pass and there is hospital nearby where they could take me if needed was comforting. I felt I was taken care of and was in safe hands. Vikram even brought the SPO2 monitor and the oxygen cylinder that really helped. So this place has the means and guidance to take care of you if altitude becomes a problem for anyone. Next morning I was 100% back to normal and rest of the trip at Nimmu house and in Ladakh was nothing less than spectacular. Cannot thank the hosts enough for their amazing hospitality.

Out of the noise and bustle of the centre of Leh, but only a short pleasant walk in. Lovely property, extremely comfortable and nicely appointed room with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Shanti Stupa.The staff, led by Makund and Ladeep, were just amazing—made me feel like a king. Excellent food, including breakfasts out in the courtyard with a sunny mountain view. Just an incredible place overall. Can’t recommend it highly enough. I would *definitely* stay here again.

Such a lovely place to stay with wonderful staff that we made friends with (hi Nima!), delicious and super well-priced food (eg Hakka noodle stir fry for £2), and a really peaceful atmosphere (the garden is so nice to relax in, and Dorje also showed us around the vegetable garden). We also hired a super sweet driver to take us on a daytrlp to two beautiful monestaries, Chortek, and this was a highlight of our trip - he is fun to talk to and tool us to an amazing vegetarian restaurant in a garden on the way, drove super well, and answered our questions about the culture and language. I just wish we were staying longer. Such a magical place.

The location is perfect, just 5-7mns walking from market so you don’t need a taxi because it’s hard to get a taxi for short trips in Ladakh. The rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful view of the mountains. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.
