All the staff was exceptionally friendly, but a special thank you to Anu and Firdous. Considering its proximity to the bustling city center, it is very quite. Good meals, walking distance to the center, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, free parking - definitely Good value and it is easy to decide to stay again when my Ladakh adventures are complete

Had an awesome stay at the hotel! The entire staff was exceptionally well behaved, warm, accommodative, and always made us feel at home. A special mention to GM Mr. Anthony for his wonderful behavior, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness throughout our stay. Also, heartfelt thanks to Saurav Mandal for the personalised attention and care provided to us. Service was timely and at times unbelievably quick 😊 The team was extremely responsible towards guests and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was excellent with great variety, and the location of the hotel was very convenient as well. Overall, a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Highly recommended!
