The room is very small, but comfortable! Check-in couldn’t be better, as the key was already available for us in the lobby. Complimentary tea was a bless!!Overall, it was a nice stay!!

The property was clean and comfortable. The location is also incredible. Very close to glacier lagoon and diamond beach. I enjoyed the ice cave tour nearby as well. The hot tubs and sauna are clean and have spectacular views. We got to see the northern lights one of the evenings of our stay and it was a surreal experience.

The location…just WOW!!! Located about 10 minutes from Diamond Beach in the most private, peaceful and serene setting, the home was perfectly clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 1 night stay. Couldn’t help but have the biggest smiles on our faces as we looked out the front windows and bedroom windows at baby horses and lambs. Book this home…you will not be disappointed!

Quiet, clean, and the perfect location to visit the glacial lagoon and black beach. We loved the large porch. It would have been great if the weather allowed for a view of the Northern Lights.

A cozy place with small cottages right next to the water. We arrived around 8pm, right when the kitchen was closing and the staff were more than willing to prepare dinner for us. Much appreciated after a long day in our road trip.

We stayed in one of the 3 cottages. Three bedrooms/two baths (one bedroom is in a loft). Nice common area. Full kitchen. Waterfall in the back. We went in winter so it was frozen, but still beautiful. If you're staying in a cottage you do need to check in at the hostel down the road so be sure and email them ahead. They have a restaurant a few blocks away that is delicious and they sell hand knitted authentic Icelandic sweaters there, too. About 20 minute drive from the lagoon/Diamond Beach. Highly recommend.

Private room, shared toilets where we were but luckily our room was at the bottom floor with no other rooms nearby, other rooms were upstairs (I am disabled with a crutch so it really helped me). There is a large shared kitchen with a microwave. Self checkin is possible
