Beautiful, modern, clean, bright, and cheerful hotel. The staff were lovely and really went out of their way to ensure our comfort. It was very quiet and has a pretty view. The shower was luxurious. So nice to have breakfast too! We would happily stay there again.

The cottages are lovely and have all the necessary amenities to spend a few days. The check in process was very easy, and check in and check out could be done any time without having to wait. Located in the nature, the surroundings were calm and on a clear day you can even see one of Iceland's most beautiful waterfalls from the cottage.

We received a very warm welcome. The location was excellent for what we needed. Beautiful waterfall just outside the door. The room was spacious, super clean with a comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and we can truly recommend this place.

A really nice, modern and clean place. We've read earlier reviews that finding the property was apparently hard - I don't think it is relevant anymore, since the property is pretty much there where google maps leads you ("Kvíholmi Apartments"), we've had no problem finding it in the middle of the night. The road that takes you there is a gravel road that's around 2,2km with some relatively flat potholes, we were there with a 4x4 but it is definitely managable with a 2wd. There are horses and sheep nearby, you can see them through the windows. We were very thankful for the wonderful soft bed and pillows, we slept comfortably everyday after a long adventure.

The cabin was adorable! Small but cozy, and had everything we needed! A lot of thought & care went into the planning & implementation of these cabins! Although we didn't do any cooking - the kitchen was well equipped!

    A Wonderful Stay Thanks to Lucia and Exceptional Service! I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Lucia during my recent stay, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service she provided. Not only did she assist me with a smooth check-in process, but she also went the extra mile to help me change my reservation. You see, I mistakenly booked a dormitory room, and, to be frank, I'm not the ideal roommate at my age of 60, especially with my snoring habits. But Lucia was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The highlight of my stay, apart from Lucia's exceptional assistance, was the dining experience. The dinner and breakfast served were nothing short of perfect. What truly impressed me was the way the staff catered to my specific dietary needs. I have lactose intolerance and diabetes, and I often find it challenging to dine out. However, at this establishment, they took my dietary restrictions seriously and ensured that every meal was not only delicious but also safe for me to consume. In summary, my stay was perfect in every sense, thanks to Lucia's warm welcome and the outstanding service provided throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place that not only accommodates your needs but exceeds your expectations, I highly recommend booking a stay at this wonderful establishment.
