The owner and staff were so incredibly nice and did everything they could to make our stay better. We had dinner in the garden one of the nights and we honestly felt like royalty. The rooms are spacious and clean and had a spectacular view over the lake. There was parking for our car. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Everything was great. The staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was great, and plentiful. The location is amazing with great dog walks in the forest to lookouts over the lake below.

Very pleasant lady, she helped with everything I needed. I will come back here for sure next time and Menaggio is my favourite of 3 villages around! Value for money! Grazie mille!

The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

It is hard to find a good service in Italy, but here everything was amazing. The room is big and clean. The balcony is huge! The stuff is so helpful and really tries to make your stay the best experience! The food is delicious! We’ve tried the food in local restaurants and it was not as good as in this hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Love it☀️

Grand Hotel Tremezzo was absolutely outstanding. We felt like royalty from our arrival until our reluctant departure. It was first class, 5 star luxury 24/7. We spent 3 days & 2 glorious nights in an upgraded Terrace Garden Suite. This enormous 2 room, 2 bathroom suite accommodated our 17 year old daughter in a queen sofa bed, with a beautiful garden deck outside, & side deck with panoramic Lake Como views. It was private, palatial, & had every conceivable bathroom accessory, fully stocked fridge & pantry with snacks, & multiple Nespresso pods for whatever your coffee preference may be. The King bed was super comfortable, as were the fluffy soft towels & bathrobes. There even was a custom sewing kit with safety pins, multiple coloured threads, buttons etc amongst the multiple accessories inside the second wardrobe. Breakfast was an indulgent affair, which was leisurely, well staffed, and honestly the biggest choice & range of breakfast options imaginable. On top of this, there was the option of ordering whatever one desired, cooked to order. My personal favourite was the cereal options, (crazy I know) with so many additional condiments to add - it was like being in a candy store. I cannot even begin to rave about the enormous cheese options, as well as numerous spreads, fruits, hams & delicious pastries to die for. I thought we would skip lunch given the 7 course breakfasts, but with so many restaurant options & jaw dropping views to enjoy, we managed to wine & dine the afternoons & evenings away in awe of the ever changing views & absolute beauty of the hotel. The fitness centre is across 3 floors, with cardio equipment first, strength training 2nd, & the best equipped functional fitness I've ever seen on the 3rd floor. Location was very central, and it was amazing to have access to the sun beds, rooftop pool, and sauna. It’s a very short walk from the ferry, so easy to get to and to take day trips to nearby cities.

From start to finish a dream to experience. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are absolutely stunning as is the hotel. I intend to come here more often and would totally recommend this hotel. The breakfast is a 10 out of ten! The roomservice as well!

Great service and facilities. Room and swimming pool with nice views of lake Como. Good breakfast. The owners and their daughter make you feel at home. We will definetly come back if we visit the region.

The hotel has good location, close access to Como lake, the restaurant is pretty good and the food is tasty, buffet breakfast is quite good with all the essentials.

We felt like in Italian fairytale, this hotel is so quiet, very private and it feels like you have all the space to yourself. Rooms are spacious, staff is very helpful and attentive. Yes, the road to the hotel might be challenging at first, but you have two option roads to get there, so its all good. The view of the lake!! Highly recommended.
