Very convenient location, in Bellano, close to all attractions, but less crowded. Hotel right next to the train station, not far from the ferry station and the promenade - great! In addition, very nice owners, smiling, for breakfast they went to the bakery for warm brioche! There is everything in the room, good price-quality ratio

Really nice hotel in a great location. By the lake but still a bit farther away from the noisy Menaggio, which is what you would need to relax when you are in Lake Como.

Very friendly place and staff. Good vibe. Nice view into the hills. Great breakfast. I had pizza for dinner and it was very tasty.

Little gem in Perledo, with stunning views over the lake and the surrounding area, and a short walk to Varenna. Rita, and staff, were very accommodating and warm. We were picked up by a taxi in the train station, and we could check-in earlier and leave our suitcases in the room. We felt that we could have stayed way more than 2 nights if time allowed!

The whole place, the vibe, the architecture and the decoration are so unique, cosy and fresh. The owners are super friendly, they gave us helpful tips for the area, the breakfast was great and the overall stay was amazing! We would gladly return again! A hidden gem that you can relax and enjoy the area!

The staff are very kind and flexible, and they speak many languages. The room is excellent value for money and clean. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide variety of options, and dinner is also delicious if you choose to have it. It's true there’s a bit of an uphill walk if you arrive by bus or ferry, but honestly—who doesn’t check the location of their accommodation before booking? :)

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Also, the location is directly in front of the ferry and lake. We will be back!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved this cozy hotel! I liked the view of mountains from the window, clean and comfy room, very nice staff and tv with Netflix to watch after long walks. Located close to church and small local shop!

The hotel was in an amazing location, with stunning views overlooking the lake. If you can get a room with a lake view I would highly recommend. The staff were amazing I mentioned it was my birthday and they went above and beyond for me. Riccardo on the front desk was amazing.

The location was superb. Easy to reach from train (if you´re ready to walk a bit), close by to restaurants & sightseeing spots. Service was superb - extremely friendly staff. Room was so clean and very beautiful even though I had the cheapest single room I could choose.
