I arrived early to drop my bags off. The reception staff offered me to check in early for no extra cost. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all needed toiletries and other needs.

At first we were excited about the location, right next to piazza Maggiore. But once we entered our suite everything was magical, It was like the room, the walls, the windows could tell you the story of the city. And an excellent buffet breakfast the next morning as well. Thank you for making our stay a precious memory.

It's a very nice art space with a free museum downstairs. Very calm in the night. My room had two little balconies with a pretty good view. The bed was soo comfy for my taste, on a harder side but exactly how I love it:) The staff members were very welcoming and helped out with keeping the luggage after checking out and even more. That was a perfect stay for me. Thank you for everything!
