Very friendly staff, they even kept the restaurant opened 30 minutes after closing hour. The place has an amazing view on the lake, the restaurant and the rooms as well

Absolutely everything !! I had corresponded with Seka, the lady at reception, received instant responses. When arriving we called the hotel, Maria was extremely helpful. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that we met with. He showed my husband where to park (this is a gated parking area) He explained that we would not need the car while we were there. (Wonderful news) Ferry and buses are available regularly. He drove me and the luggage :) down to the hotel. We both received the warmest welcome from Maria, very helpful and professional. She also provided necessary information about the ferry's, which we made use of. So convenient and close to the hotel. Purchasing tickets, also easy..steps from the hotel. Maria told us about dinner at the hotel and we booked. Servers were excellent, as was the food. The view of the lake was amazing. Very warm and romantic dining area. Free breakfast was included and was amazing! Marianna was so helpful and kind. An absolutely lovely woman. (View from the breakfast dining area, was the lake view as well)She even offered to take a photo of my husband and I.😍 Our room was cute, cozy and clean. The balcony, well it was mentioned 'room with a view of the lake' This was so amazing, the view was brilliant!! So this hotel delivers all that is advertised. Booking out was easy, once again a gentleman (also don't remember his name) drove me up with our luggage. We would not even think twice about staying at this hotel again. Perfection❤

I had view of the lake and the customer service was impeccable. they stayed in constant contact with me. Got me a cab to the airport also.

Everything, best hotel i have been

This location was paradise. When I first read the reviews, I thought, "How can staff make such an impact on the hotel?" Then I experienced such attentive and caring attention, and I see why people left rave reviews. They were friendly toward the children, and they had plenty of suggestions for things to do. We played at the park, swam,walked to a lookout, and went up to the lighthouse. The restaurant food was next level. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique stay above Lake Como.

Amazing views, location, and staff. Breakfast had an great assortment of items... and again the view, breathtaking over Lake Como with snowcapped Alps beyond. Plus wonderful restaurant on ground floor. The building has the wonderful quirks of an older italian villa, so quaint and charming, exactly what we were hoping it would be!

Il Sereno Lago di Como was truly the most dreamy and magical place we’ve ever stayed. From the breathtaking lake views to the elegant modern design, everything felt luxurious yet warm. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon feel extra special, and every detail from the room to the dining was perfect.

The hotel is located at a ferry stop so you can easily get to Bellagio and Como. The price was reasonable for the area and our view was incredible. A few nice restaurants around and good breakfast for an extra fee. This was the perfect romantic stay for our honeymoon and we will always remember our time here.
