Excellent staff support, we had our checkin done by reception staff (thank you Daniela/Thomas) before arrival with all instructions how to reach room even after closed reception at 23:00, clean rooms, great hotel and excellent breakfast, authentic foods from location, parking free of charge.

I loved the facility, beautiful in a classic way but comfortable in a modern way. The staff was extremely friendly and I wish we could stay longer.

This hotel excels in everything! Comfort, food quality, location. This is the third time we have stayed here and each time it gets even better. The food in the restaurant is so delicious, copious and well presented. The local wines are really high quality. It is exceptional value for money. The Spa is so relaxing with a view out over the mountains. The view from our room was also wonderful and the size and comfort of the room also exceeded expectations. THANK YOU!

The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were also quite comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was absolutely amazing for dinner.

I liked everything about this hotel, the room was lovely with a huge balcony over looking the lake, the bathroom was large and serviced with fresh fluffy towels every day. The breakfast ( although I saw a review say it was limited) was huge and varied, even a juice to make your own juice, prosecco if you were in the mood for a sparkling morning, fruits, meats cheeses, pancakes etc. Several types of tea and coffee, and a cook to prepare a cooked breakfast. There is nothing about breakfast that I could fault. The lobby was lovely, the lakeside was lovely suitable for families but also peacefull. You can get drinks or food at the bar and bring it to your table if you choose. Having bikes to borrow for the day was a lovely touch, . The staff at this hotel are ALL wonderful, from our first encounter with the lovely lad on reception, to anyone we enteracted with each day, they were friendly and helpful, and made our stay such a joy. The night porter who served us drinks at night as we went to bed was such a friendly and jolly man, a real joy to deal with. Over all I seldom give a hotel 10/10 but this place just did that for us. We hope to return soon, There is a fantastic walk around the lake, which we did most mornings, a complete loop, the lake is beautiful to swim in. also it's a short walk into the main town if you want to just leave the hotel. We had a car so also visited the local mountains, went to Trento and Bolzano,

Location and the view. Nearby to the center. All necessary bars, restaurants are in a walking distance. However, the city itself is not the biggest one. Clean room, friendly staff, nice parking facility. The stay went fine. We stayed for 1 night. Was quite comfortable.
