The rooms are in the city walls and easy to get to. It was modern and up to date with working plumbing and lighting. AC worked flawlessly. Very comfortable beds (the best on our trip!). The owners also own/work at Cafe Latino, 100 steps away from the hotel rooms. Breakfast on Cafe Latinos Terrace overlooking the lake was wonderful as they were!

We arrived to a magical place. The staff was amazing. Starting from the welcome drink at the reception, after tour around the property. Breakfast, lunch, dinner- everything was on the level of the place. Our room was super comfortable and clean. For sure, it is a bucket list for the next year. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing host, Fausto was very helpful and provided all information about the place. The kids (4yo and 8yo) loved the swimming pool and the house. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 air conditioning in the bedroom, kitchen/main room, and upstairs ! Very helpful with the hot days. Place is 20 minutes to Montepulciano/ Pienza. 1 hour to Sienna and 1h30 to Florence. It's in the border of Umbria and Tuscany - near a really nice lake. We spent 4 nights and could not be more happy. Very relaxing place to spend summer holidays.

Entering the building it’s a little unclear what to do, but if you press on and ascend to the first floor, the office and chambers of the inn are obvious. Great room with fresco artwork. very clean and large. Paola the owner was extremely helpful and provided transportation for us to Isola Maggiore and to Assisi. He is very knowledgeable about the area and history. A jolly host. All the other staff were friendly and kind.
