Location, friendly staff, very good price/value ratio

This is a gorgeous old building with the hotel and grounds like an old Italian estate. The in-house restaurant was delicious and well priced. The breakfast next morning in a semi outdoor deck was great. Parking was inside their gate for no extra charge. The host was wonderful.

Everything was great, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and there was also high-speed internet. But it’s far from the city center. Fortunately, though, the U06 bus had a stop near the hotel and it goes to the city center.

We like this hotel for our short stay during a long trip. Good beds, big bath, good breakfast, very good smell when we arrive to the lobby.😃 just a little bit of usage can be seen now after the years. Close to many shopping options and by car only 10-15 mins from the city center. Good parking. This hotel is like a comfort food. Even if we arrive really tired, we have the same good quality of service, in winter, summer, autumn or spring. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again!

Really good breakfast in a nice dining area. Waitresses were super sweet and attentive. Beds are nice but I love our balcony. ☺️

We arrived well past the check in limit due to traffic jams and they were kind enough to wait for us until midnight without complaining once and still greeted us with a smile on her face - it rarely happens nowadays. The cappuccino at breakfast was really good. Top staff and owners. Other than that, it was perfect for a one night stopover.

The hotel is outside the ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato, restricted traffic zone). With an advance booking, I could park my car next to the hotel. It was just a quarter of an hour walk the the basilica of Sant Anthony, which is also next to the UNESCO World heritage site of the University of Padua Botanical Garden. So quite convenient.
