Great value, nice staff, walking distance to the airport

The location is perfect just a few minutes walking to the airport and metro. The room was super clean and staff were very friendly.

Exceptional service from both the staff and the hotel itself. Martina from reception was very helpful and kind, as we had a problem with our booking and she helped us resolve it. They really go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. Highly recommend if staying close to Linate airport in Milan.

I really liked enterior that has artsy feel to it. Everything looked like nobody used it ever. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was just right. I was very pleased with this choice.

I recently stayed at 21 House of Stories in Milan, and I must say, the breakfast was excellent. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I particularly want to commend the hotel management for being outstanding; they allowed me a late checkout and were incredibly accommodating, not charging any additional fees. This level of customer service truly sets them apart.

Amazing comfortable beds, lots of amenities

I can't belive for the price I have paid what a luxurious hotel we got to stay. High quality, excellent hotel, beautiful luxurious design. Each room had individual parking. I have traveled all around the US and I have never had a luxurious hotel for an average price. Their dinner was delicious too. I traveled with my large dog and they were very accommodating with us. Thank you.
