The complex is new with modern furniture and quite big for a couple. The photos perfectly reflect the room. The location is suitable for those who want to visit Catania,Etna, and Taormina in a couple of days. The hostess was kind and friendly. She gave us immediate responses to our requests and also useful information about our trip.

Everything was perfect. Extremely high quality of materials when this building was made. Sound proof rooms, great mattress, good blinds. Lots of facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna (€9 per person extra). Breakfast was small but lots of variety. Excellent people running the place, very helpful and full of useful information. The view is nice too, we had a see view room. Would come again.

Everything :) Super friendly and helpful host. We had entire pool to ourself at that day which was perfect first day for our vacay. Very safe villa. Far from catania but we didnt mind the 1 hour busride to the centre and back.

I chose the location to be close-ish to family, but was amazed by the perfect proximity to both Etna and the town. We were able to enjoy a quiet, private space while still able to easily pop into town for meals and groceries. Twice we drove up to Etna on a whim. The parking was perfect and we felt very safe leaving our rental in behind the gate. I was worried that it would be cold as it is still April, but the heating was perfect. Shower was hot and strong (better than home!) I loved the effort the owner went through with snacks and gifts. I appreciated the juice (or rather, my son did!) All in all, i'd be happy to return to the same location again!

Host were lovely, location wasn't great for finding...

Host were lovely, location wasn't great for finding something to eat. Room was located in basement, lacking some modern facilities, cooker used bottled gas. Room was large and you could see that it could sleep 4 or more people, with at least 3 sofa beds in place as well as the double bed.

The place, the house where the room was, was located in a residential area, but getting anywhere was a nightmare. Navigating narrow streets blocked by haphazardly parked cars was a real challenge. Even the GPS sometimes got lost. And then there's the Sicilian driving style: first come, first served!

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating during our stay, and we weren't able to complete our planned trip. The place would probably be better in warmer weather. It's close to a larger city and tourist attractions, but I wouldn't choose this place for a longer stay.

Very pleasant town.

Very pleasant town. You can breathe Sicily at its most friendly. Nice and friendly people. You have to get used to the accumulations of garbage on all access roads (it's a local issue that they will manage as best they can). As a recommendation, escape to dinner at Pizzeria 7+ Sete & Pius of Nicolosi. with exceptional gluten-free options.

Everything was perfect, we were welcomed very warmly, Andrea was always available, he showed us and advised us on everything, supermarkets, bakery, pizzeria and bar, which by the way are all very close and of excellent quality! He even provided us with a washing machine!! Super shower cabin 🚿! I highly recommend it, as I will definitely be returning next year!

This is a realy fairy place at Mascalucia. Behind the high wall you can find fantastick vinery and accomodation. In addition to the bathroom, the accommodation is furnished in a period style, in the main section there is a wonderful terrace with a view of the vineyard and the park with palm trees. You have a kitchen at your disposal, Owner and the Majordomus are very cordial and accommodating people. If I will visit sicily i want experiance it again. Thank you so much for amazing lives experience.

First of all: the garden is absolutely gorgeous; I'd already recommend the property just for that! On top of it you'll find some peacocks strolling through it. The location is OK: perfect to visit Catania (20 min. by car), or the Etna. Mascalucia itself isn't that special, but you'll find everything you need close to the property (even some fine dinner options). The people running the place are friendly and open for a chat, so no complaints there either. Oh, and there's a spacious swimming pool.

Looks nice from outside , but horrible to find where it is !! Can t day how it was from inside because i booked the hotel , i pay the hotel cost me €150 for taxi to arrive there ,after i arrive at hotel , itwas closed !! Ring the bell abd nobody opens or answer , then i receive text !!! Sorry to ongorm you Reservation cancelled hot water not working !!!! Nice excuse that cost more about €700 , Taxi for another hotel and a lot of hassle .

A quiet little gem with a spectacular view of Mount Etna in the heart of Mascalucia. La Maison Odette was extremely clean, well equipped and catered to all our needs. Odette, Francesco & Luigi went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. After leaving our last Villa after 2 days, this Villa certainly made the rest of our holiday a memorable one.
