We loved every second of our stay! The place is like a countryside fairytale with a lit of plants and colourfull details. The owners are lovely people that took care of us with treats and good conversation from the first moment we got there. The breakfast is delicious and abundant and it is custom made as you are asked how would you like your eggs and other personal preferences. We even got served homemade sweets. I never felt so spoiled as a guest anywhere. Being in this place was such a different, peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Wonderful, quiet place. The host was very friendly. The room was spacious. Bathroom also. Everywhere was clean. The kitchen has everything you need. Perfect parking spot inside the yard. The house is very close to Gardaland. There is also doscount from the hosts if you haven't bought tickets before the reservation. If you are traveling with a rentacar, I highly recommend this place!

Very well-maintained and neat grounds with a nice swimming pool and lawn and surrounded by beautiful contryside. The apartments were great - convenient, spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owner is friendly and doesn't get in the way. We also liked the location - a bit out of the way, but still not far from Garda (about 12 minutes from both Peschiera and also from Borghetto).

I loved everything about this place. The apartments were beautiful, furnished tastefully and comfortably. Our host Alexander was helpful and responsive, and gave us great advice about activities and attractions. We loved the location - away from the touristy crowded areas but still close to all the sites. If I am ever lucky enough to come back to this beautiful region I would love to stay here again.

    The hotel almost as seen in Italian movies. Ancient building with kind of a farmhouse nearby, very nice patio (where breakfast is served), plants and cat. Even the building is old the facilities (shower etc.) are excellent. And so is the furniture. Best part of the stay was the contact with the hosts. They made us feel super welcome even we only stayed for a night. You can feel their passion for running this place, and you are instantly at ease. Breakfast is rich, homemade and a highlight!

    Franco and Lala are wonderful hosts, and the villa is breathtaking with all the details and painted walls. A perfect Italy-experience, romantic and comfy at the same time. The rooms and bathrooms are so huge that they could be whole apartments. The pool was super nice, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. Situated really near to Monzambano centre and Lake Garda, the highway is also nearby. Wish we could stay longer!

    In the heart of a quiet rural area, a charming old-style villa with a breathtaking view awaits you. Each morning Martha prepares a different home-baked pastry, which adds a very homely feeling to the breakfast. As Garda vacations are all about star trips, going out every day and returning to the hotel felt like being in Tuscany with Garda excursions.
