First one drives through farmland and some small towns before reaching the B&B. Once we arrived and entered the apartment, it was nothing less than a fully furnished luxury apartment one would expect in a Manhatten residence! Plus, the most friendly and generous hostess!
I will precede room for room as there is much to report:
Gourmet Kitchen: The best cooks would find nothing missing! Sharp, quality knives, high quality cooking utensils of ever sort. Full set of tableware and stemware, etc. A wonderful espresso machine, stocked to the brim with good Italian coffee beans! Teas, juices, water, milk. Condiments, including olive oil and butter. Ice in the full-sized freezer. The kind hostess provided us with no less than four Italian cakes to eat at our leisure, plus breakfast cereals, etc.
Bedrooms:
Comfortable beds and pillows, desk and chair and wardrobe. Screen for movies.
Bathroom/Shower:
Beautiful, high-quality sanitary with a luxurious walk-in shower. Towels provided.
Comfort:
fully air-conditioned, and fully outfitted with beautiful Italian tiles to keep the apartment cool in hot weather. The hostess assisted us with local recommendations, made dining reservations for us.
There is an outdoor patio with chairs and table. Washing machine was available to us as well.
Because we were away from the traffic, we heard only the crickets and it was otherwise quiet
It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We felt very much at home with the apartment and with our hostess. We will definitely visit again!
