This property was by far way superior to so many other italian properties. Every little detail was really thought out. It was so comfy - the bed and the linens pillows etc . The shower was big with great pressure and plenty of hot water . Kitchen was great for cooking. The coffee was AMAZING . The owners have really put their heart into the property and i wish many others would do the same!! Our dogs were welcome, parking wifi all great. Only good things. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond And he even offered to post me something i left on accident. Highly recommend- from a well seasoned traveler :)

The villa is absolutely astonishing. We liked each and every corner of it. It is a boutique villa for 4 rooms only, with common areas such as two salons and a library, as well as a dining room. All rooms are so beautifully furnished! It could be seen that it took a lot of work and love to create such a space. There are also outside tables in the garden as well as an outside pool area with a view over the Montecatini Terme. Villa is located on the hill, so the view to the city located down in the valley is awe-inspiring, especially in the evening. Our big thank you to the staff operating the villa (Beatrice, Matar and a cleaning seniora) - we were very well taken care of. We would love to return very soon. If you travel by car, this is a quiet and relaxing location between Florence and Pisa.

Amazingly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful host. The apartment was as offered and very cozy. We would happily rent here again. Only stayed for one night. The town was very charming, and we had a good time.

    Best room and bed ever. La cena per probare il gusti di Toskana era multo bene. The place is nice to have a great view onto the valley of Arno. Its very quiet, I spent a beautiful day for relaxing on the terrace. Thanks to Lisa, Lorenzo, the boys and Asia (the dog).

    Beautiful setting surrounded by olive groves. Loved the location: it’s quiet and rustic but has scenic hilltop towns and cultural hotspots within shirt driving distance. Friendly host, large and well equipped house, nice swimming pool and outside dining area. Loved it ( and so did the kids)!
