24 hours open. Good because due to very late arrival of the ferry, we only arrived at 5am. The staff offered us voluntarily to keep the room longer. Much appreciated!!

We loved everything. The room was spacious and clean and they prepared a delicious vegan meal for us in the evening. They are also pet-friendly and welcomed our beagle to the hotel and restaurant.

The room itself was quite nice, with a rustic feel. The WC is separated from the rest of the room by means of a sliding door, while the freestanding bathtub type is in the bedroom. Since the room is not facing the street directly, it is very quiet. Giancarla is a very hospitable host, and even though she only spoke italian, she went out of her way to help us understand her. All instructions were straightforward. She gave us 3 keys so that we'd unlock: the main (road side) gate, which closes at night, the house entry door, the room door. The bed sheets smelled really fresh and clean. The room is heated via wall-mounted radiators and they did their job.

This is a lovely, comfortable room with private bath and private entry. The space is clean and beautifully designed. Igor and his family were the most welcoming hosts I have ever experienced. I would happily return again when driving through this part of Italy.

Beautifully appointed compact apartment in an old palazzo with an interesting history. Excellent location in the small centro storico of this charming small town. Spotlessly clean. Host Enrico Ottonello Lomellini very helpful, and met us in Ovada to guide us to the apartment and hand over keys.

    I was in transit and discovered very nice down town. It has several churches on so small area, so lovely place. I was on Sunday so everything were closed but it would be nice to stroll on working day.

    Great location at the heart of Ovada, at easy reach of the motorway. The B&B provided an excellent combination with easy entry and private parking for our car as well as a pedestrian gate giving onto the centre of the old village. The rooms were stylishly decorated with antique furniture and have lovely views on the surrounding valley. Breakfast was excellent!

I had a wonderful experience in their beautiful and very comfortable home, and I will never forget my night spent in Ovada with them.     This is NOT a 4star hotel. I would rate 2 star hotel . Only positive was the 24 h reception and right next to the motorway - makes it a good overnight stay when you drive
