A lovely property perched above the lake, offering stunning and unforgettable views. The space is clean, tidy, cosy and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location is great: just a 5-10 minute drive to the Varenna ferry terminal. I’d recommend having a car or using taxis as it’s a hilly walk to and fro. The hosts are warm, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Easy check-in and check-out thanks to their clear communication and instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend this gem of a place!

Everything was simply magnificent! The first thing that catches your eye is the breathtaking panoramic view of the lake, even better than in the photos. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge thanks to the hosts - they are such soulful, kind, and responsive people. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome treats they left for us: a bottle of Prosecco, water, and some snacks. It made us feel at home right from the start. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and very well-equipped. The location is great, in the heart of Como-lake.

The view from Villa gli Ulivi was quite simply stunning and spectacular. We watched the many moods from Lake Como from the balcony mesmerised. Silvia and her husband were great hosts. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the train to the Villa then ferried us back to the train themselves when it was time to leave. They were responsive to any message we sent and great hosts. It is up a hill from the train station and I would not suggest trying to take luggage up the hill walking. We would walk into town and then we caught the D21 bus or walked back up, walk down in about 15mins, walk up is a bit longer but take breaks and it’s ok. Or you can taxi for 15 euro. The property has a lovely garden, well equipped kitchen and three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. After moving around Italy it was nice to sit and watch the sunsets on the balcony.

The view was stunning!! The host was very helpful , gave tips and recommendations , and very accommodating, and gave us a very warm welcome even gave us complimentary Prosecco ,snack basket , kitchen was fully equipped, we even picked up herbs from his garden to use for our cooking . The villa was so spacious, we are large group of 3 families . Great location walking distance on train station, and restaurants.

The apartment was comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. The owner was really lovely and explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment and local facilities. The 2 double bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had all the equipment that you would need to cook a meal, although there are local restaurants in easy walking distance. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and look at the wonderful views of Lake Como.

A nice quite place to walk around in the montain / hills, to wonder far from the noise of too many turists. The view of the lake is breathtaken. People in the town are very kind. With teenegers or without, a nice place to visit at least a couple of days.

Perledo has amazing views of the lake and has everything you need for a couple of days - shop, bar & restaurant. We loved our stay here - a great base from which to visit the lake but escape the other tourists.

I had a great stay at this property.

I had a great stay at this property. The view was absolutely stunning – one of the highlights of the trip! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was a real treat and added a special touch to the experience. The only downside was the shower, which could have been cleaner. Overall, a lovely place to relax with just a small area for improvement.

We were delighted with such a magical view from our balcony and terrace of the villa. The room was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. You need to check the schedule of buses, ferries and supermarkets in advance, as everything closes very early in this area. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the city. We dream of coming back for a whole month))

This town, right next to Varenna, was thee best location to stay. We could hop on a ferry every hour or more to Bellagio or Menaggio and be there in 15 minutes. But our town was the best to be our base location.

This a great place up in the village above Varenna. Rita was an amazing host. When our train was late, Rita organised pizzas for us for our arrival which was such a helpful thought and helped ensure we had a lift up to the hotel from the train station. We loved having breakfast sat outside in the lovely quiet courtyard. We got a great nights sleep as it is such a lovely, quiet area. Overall it is a great place with a super amazing host and we had such a great time there!

Close and easy to get to from the ferry dock; reasonably easy to reach the station (uphill). Cleaning staff respected our 'do not disturb' and didn't come in to clean during our stay, and reception agreed that the room needed a deep clean as I had a significant cough while there. View from the window was stunning. The cafe below the hotel serves good food and excellent pastries (but breakfast NOT included in the price)

Lovely breakfast. Don't expect a continental buffet, but everything is available and made with love by host Romana. The rooms are very romantic and the view over lake Como is stunning. Perledo itself is a cute little village and the road there is quite tricky if you drive a big SUV.

We loved this cute apartment in Perledo. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We had a cute balcony and view of the hills. There is free parking nearby which was easy to find.
