The room was very clean and beautiful! Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice view from the windows! The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very helpful and kind! The hotel was very quite and with a beautiful garden with tables. The parking also was very good and with door that closes at night.

Very convenient location, in Bellano, close to all attractions, but less crowded. Hotel right next to the train station, not far from the ferry station and the promenade - great! In addition, very nice owners, smiling, for breakfast they went to the bakery for warm brioche! There is everything in the room, good price-quality ratio

Very accomodating and family friendly staff.

We liked everything about our stay. Perfect location, rooms are simple but very clean, wonderful view facing the lake. The charm of this family run hotel is the owner- Signora Pinuccia very sweet, lovely and welcoming lady. She also has the restaurant downstairs where her son Simone cooks amazing food and we had nice evenings there. Overall Great value. Yes, it is not a 5 star hotel, but it has italian soul and charm, smiley faces, sweet and kind people - that's all we needed. Grazie mille signora Pinucia and Simone! With love from Georgia <3

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

Great location on the shore of the lake. Easy to get to from the train station. Felt like we were on a cruise as our room opened to a balcony on the water. Very helpful staff. Lovely restaurant on site with range of regional dishes and picturesque views. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy.

The best location, a new building with new modern equipment inside.

The Palazzo is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The staff are simply amazing, with the star of the show Tanya. As soon as she found out my wife was pregnant, she was amazing, from recommendations to ensuring everything was safe to eat. Absolutely faultless.

The location was fantastic and the view from the rooms were amazing! Mine and my husband’s favourite hotel we stayed in whilst on honeymoon. Not to mention the delicious food at the hotel restaurant!

Fabulous views, pool facilities and spa.

The staff are very kind and flexible, and they speak many languages. The room is excellent value for money and clean. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide variety of options, and dinner is also delicious if you choose to have it. It's true there’s a bit of an uphill walk if you arrive by bus or ferry, but honestly—who doesn’t check the location of their accommodation before booking? :)

Clean and well equipped. Warm and kind worker. Nice breakfast. An all-day brunch and a bar just downstairs.

We stayed at a spacious comfortable “Dependance” room, in an annex building to the hotel. Beautiful view to the lake. No need to climb stairs. Very good breakfast. Good restaurant just beside the hotel, where we had a nice dinner. Titi and his son Luigi, from the family who owns the hotel, are very friendly.

Amazing view thourgh the window

This is an unbelievable hotel in an amazing location. The staff, the rooms and the scenery are exceptional. If I could rate more than 10 stars I would!! On arrival, the reception staff and the gentleman who assisted us with the bags is very welcoming and can not do enough to make sure our stay was special. We will definitely be back!

Absolute wonderful stay at Hotel Royal Victoria! We had a very nice moment here, the place is perfect, on the lake and well situated in Varenna. The pool, the breakfast, and activities were nice. Special thank you for the team and the service who were kind and at our disposal for any questions. I recommend!
