Very convenient location, in Bellano, close to all attractions, but less crowded. Hotel right next to the train station, not far from the ferry station and the promenade - great! In addition, very nice owners, smiling, for breakfast they went to the bakery for warm brioche! There is everything in the room, good price-quality ratio

Some memeber of the staff do not speak English, but they are very helpful and kind. The room was spaceous. The pizza at their restaurant was really great. There was a small balcony to the room. The hotel is at a quiet place.

Very pleasant lady, she helped with everything I needed. I will come back here for sure next time and Menaggio is my favourite of 3 villages around! Value for money! Grazie mille!

It felt very homely! Staff were lovely, breakfast so good. We had our terrace doors opened all night and woke up with the sound of birds it was so peaceful, super safe too! I wish we could have stayed longer.

The owner and staff were so incredibly nice and did everything they could to make our stay better. We had dinner in the garden one of the nights and we honestly felt like royalty. The rooms are spacious and clean and had a spectacular view over the lake. There was parking for our car. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, in a small & historic village up on the hill. Apartment had everything we needed plus a great view. Rita & Kirsty were so helpful, picking us up from the station & organizing taxis back from Varenna and Rita's in-house dinners & breakfast were great. A really memorable experience.

The Palazzo is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The staff are simply amazing, with the star of the show Tanya. As soon as she found out my wife was pregnant, she was amazing, from recommendations to ensuring everything was safe to eat. Absolutely faultless.

The location was fantastic and the view from the rooms were amazing! Mine and my husband’s favourite hotel we stayed in whilst on honeymoon. Not to mention the delicious food at the hotel restaurant!

The shuttle taxi service from ferry to hotel was very handy specially when you have some luggage. The whole staff was very very courteous and welcoming. They gave a full tour of the hotel. Dinning venue was very nice with great views. I have to keep mentioning the staff because their behaviour was way too good and that makes you feel so much at home. The air conditioning was very effective. Showers were wonderful. Although we couldn't use the pool but we saw dozens of guests enjoying the swim. The bed and pillows were the best. Ironing facility on 2nd floor was handy. Sufficient linen and towels were provided all the time. Beautiful balcony. A great gesture from hotel was that they gave us two beautiful meal boxes to take as we were checking out very early in the morning. It was very touching. Lastly, the main highlight was probably one of the best views any Bellagio hotel can provide.

It is hard to find a good service in Italy, but here everything was amazing. The room is big and clean. The balcony is huge! The stuff is so helpful and really tries to make your stay the best experience! The food is delicious! We’ve tried the food in local restaurants and it was not as good as in this hotel. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Love it☀️

Nice and decent sized room, comfortable bed and we had a nice balcony with water glimpses. Breakfast provided in the nearby sister hotel was reasonable and the hotel in a great location to explore Varenna. A hotel staff member (Giulia) was also very friendly and helpful in checking in to help us find free parking, when it was very limited in town.

We felt like in Italian fairytale, this hotel is so quiet, very private and it feels like you have all the space to yourself. Rooms are spacious, staff is very helpful and attentive. Yes, the road to the hotel might be challenging at first, but you have two option roads to get there, so its all good. The view of the lake!! Highly recommended.

I liked the style of the hotel and also the recepcionist was very friendly, she was able to prepare a take away breakfast for us , since we would depart earlier in the next morning. The hotel is very well located. I loved to stay there

The location was superb. Easy to reach from train (if you´re ready to walk a bit), close by to restaurants & sightseeing spots. Service was superb - extremely friendly staff. Room was so clean and very beautiful even though I had the cheapest single room I could choose.
