I stayed one night at this lovely locanda as everything around Modena was pretty much booked out because of F1. Honestly, I am so glad it was because I could get to this small village on the day of the borlenghi fest. I ate at the locanda and the food was really great. I could taste great borlenghi and gnocchi fritti with cold cuts and amazing homemade pasta. Thank you for having me and sharing these traditions with me ❤️

The staff was so welcoming and helpful.. and the place was amazing, the food was delicous!! Fresh air up in the hills above Bologna and amazing views. We had an amazing stay at Albergo Sapori and will certainly return!
