The guys at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. They upgraded the room for free. Breakfast was very good and they let me stay till 12pm (for my late flight). Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eufemia and would happily recommend it! The location is very convenient. The train station is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to reach Palermo and many other places in the area. The beach is about 850 metres away, roughly a 15-minute walk. The hotel also has a huge parking area, which is a great advantage if you are travelling by car. What really stood out to us was the service. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever encountered. Everyone is always ready to help with whatever you need and to give you advice on how to get around and what to see. A special mention goes to Tonini, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He gave us great local advice and always found a solution whenever we needed something. He even helped me with a small issue with the shower, and his kindness genuinely made my trip better. Thank you, Tonini! The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning is new, cools the room very quickly, and is quiet at night, so it doesn't disturb your sleep. The beds are comfortable, and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The hotel is also very clean, and the cleaning staff are lovely and friendly. The only small inconvenience was the shower, as it is a ceiling-mounted shower without a detachable handheld option. This can be a little inconvenient for women with long hair, like me. However, Tonini immediately found a solution and gave me shower caps, so even this wasn't really a problem in the end! Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby and not in the rooms, but the lobby is a pleasant and comfortable place to sit and relax. Breakfast was nice, and I especially want to praise the coffee! The coffee from the machine was absolutely delicious. I have stayed in many hotels, and it is rare to find one with such good coffee. Overall, we had a lovely experience at Hotel Eufemia.

Lovely place! The staff there are AMAZING! Extremely helpful and kind. Fantastic breakfast!

Very friendly and accommodating staff given our last minute booking.

The pool area was lovely. Personnel were very friendly and accommodating especially the front desk.

Lovely breakfast, clean, quiet room. A bit further away from downtown than I had expected but easy transportation back and forth.

Nice, modern and comfortable apartment. The host was very helpful.

The shower was spectacular 😀 but also the rest of the room: spacious, well-fitted with all amenities, excellent queen size bed.

Each staff of the hotel were so kind, the owner herself took care of us so closely. Beautiful warm hotel:)

All the breakfast foods were great, the room is so beautiful and the staff was excellent!!!

Good wifi, parking facilities, friendly staff and flexible because they let us checkout 30 minutes after checkout time due to an online job interview.

The property was gorgeous , immaculate. Small modern and so well placed . 5 mins to town. The staff went beyond the call of duty .felt like I was at a friends house . Only 8 rooms . Total bliss !

lovely staff and excellent breakfast

Great staff, rooms and cleanliness!!! Very attentive to guests and the breakfast and dinner service and Sicilian dishes are wonderful!!!

- Hotel design: exterior and interior - Kindness of staff - Parking, good wi-fi - Breakfast - Free water, coffee, tea, snack in the room Hotel is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood, 25 minutes walking to the central area of Palermo. We enjoyed this walk.

It is a nice clean little hostel with a student dorm vibe that has it's own courtyard where you can park for free. The room was comfortable and spacious with its own fridge. Overall, it was really comfortable and quiet (even the room AC was noiseless) and the neighborhood seems safe (we walked even during nighttime). There's a cafe just across the street and a number of supermarkets in the vicinity. We only stayed for one night. It may be a little further from the old town, but we didn't mind walking.

Nice room, very quiet and clean.

Gorgeous property! It’s a little bit outside the main city centre but we were able to get there by bus within 20 minutes. The property is what you’re there for, not the location. If you want a luxurious stay in beautiful room/location this is a great spot. The staff were also great. Breakfast in the morning was nicely done and the dining room is beautiful as well was the back grounds. There’s turtles in the front pond!

excellent location, friendly helpful staff, loved the outside balconies/terraces, and proximity to garden
