The Apartment is New, spacious and clean, as shown in the picture. Súper confortable for our family of 4. It is located close to spinea train station, which is well connected with venice. The owner was responding very fast to our requests and was kind of leaving chocolate easter eggs in the Apartment for us to enjoy.

By far the best accommodation we've had so far in Italy, especially near Venice. The staff is helpful and friendly and give you the recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. They have complimentary snacks (fruits, cookies, brownies), juice, coffee, etc. Rooms are clean and beautiful and it's only ~20 minutes from Venice by train (train station is nearby). The suite in the main building is just exceptional - initially we booked the room for only 1 night but after staying the first night, we extended our stay for additional 3 nights because we loved it so much.

Excellent location! Very convenient location to travel to and from Venice without payment the exorbitant hotel pricing. Walking distance to train station, 2 large supermarkets, restaurants and even a laundromat, McDonalds etc. Would definitely stay there again! Our property supervisor Caterina was accessible, always accommodating and very friendly. thank you!

House is perfect for the family that travels by car. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Garden is perfect. There is a parking spot for car. Magdalena and Francesco are very nice. Spinea is sweet little place near Venice.

Luca, the host, was really helpful when minor problems occurred (a blind that didn't work and a TV that was reluctant to turn on). The location close to Spinea railway station is really good.
