Everyone was so friendly. We felt at home! The staff engaged my three year old son, and he felt so comfortable. The pools are gorgeous and so are the views. The food was delicious! We will be back!

Easy to access from the road. Nice breakfast, and the pool area was nice, I also appreciated the easy parking.

The facilities themselves are nice, if only they were clean. The rest is absolutely not as advertised. The swimming pool is full of screaming children at this "adults only" hotel. The staff at the hotel were unfriendly. Unhelpful provided no information about anything. I sat at breakfast by myself for over an hour and not one time Did anyone ever offer me a coffee, check on me, ask me if I needed anything. it's entirely self service. The only thing the staff are in a hurry to do is to rush you out of there at 10 AM sharp when breakfast is technically over such as it was. It's a shame because the space is beautiful. Do not expect any help from anyone and if you're staying in the room near the breakfast, you will not be able to sleep in, you will hear everyone like a herd of elephants in your room and talking outside your bedroom window.

Everything was amazing! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable; the building was just beautiful with a special call out to the breakfast and the dining rooms, which were well appointed and had such historic charm. The best attribute was the hospitality and kindness of Dana, who was always available to answer questions and to care for the guests as well as Antonio, whose breakfasts and Apertivo selections were perfection. We were totally spoiled and enjoyed our downtime relaxing at the Palazzo as well as our time exploring the area. I look forward to staying there again.
