The staff was exceptional. I had a bike accident on Thursday. The Hotel proprietor, Alessandro, offered to take me to the train stop that evening. I preferred the next morning. He took me to the train stop starting at 6:45 AM.Thanks to him I was back in Trieste by 9:00 Unfortunately, I am now in Cattinara Hospital with a broken clavicle and 6 broken ribs. If it were not for Alessandro my experience would have been.worse. Christopher, the other Hotel attendant, heard me coughing and brought a portable heater as the room was not heated yet.

The place is outstanding and biker friendly! Iris is the exceptionally welcoming and hospitable. The moment we set foot inside we felt at home. Its marvelously designed and Iris has a keen eye for detail and maintains impeccable hygiene. The most fascinating part was the breakfast where Iris outdid herself. Everything was homemade, tasty, beautiful and very rich! We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you!

The restaurant was amazing. Mix meat plate is the way to go. For a ski trip, it's a great place to stay, 25 minutes from the slopes. Reasonably priced. Great value. We will be back.
