Located right in the Hanazono resort in walking distance to the lifts. The property itself is beautiful and well designed, great indoor/outdoor onsen. Rooms were climate controlled well, beds were comfy and the sheets were warm. Breakfast buffet was also great with all the essentials offered in regard to western and eastern food options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay even if it wasn’t cheap.

This stay at Sansui gave us a very deep impression and a perfect experience. For example, on January 15th, we left the hotel and took the JR from Kutchan to Otaru, but heavy snow caused the JR to be suspended that day. We were at a loss in Kutchan. Service was excellent! Staff went above and beyond for us! They stopped us off and picked us up at the ski resorts! They had great food recommendations and were so easy to communicate with. They set up airport and luggage transfers. The onsite onsens were great after a long day of skiing! I will only stay here when coming to Niseko and would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Niseko!!
