This is one of the best hotel in Kyoto! Super clean, perfect staff, convenient location. New bath and hot tub. Complimentary tea and snacks 24/7. Amazing amenities, local tea and treats. It was a wonderful time for our family! Perfect place to stay with kids. Thank you so much!

The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Plus they are very international so there is no language barrier. The room is amazing and the bed is super comfortable. Best of all is their breakfast - high quality too! I will chose to stay here again if I am back in Kyoto. A little tip - Just take a taxi from the train station to add on to the comfort...costs about a thousand yen.

    The location was ideal for sightseeing, and if we could have stayed longer we would. The proximity to Arashiyama was ideal with kids. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The pictures of the property are very accurate and our stay exceeded our expectations.
