Amazing location near the airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and Narita station. Fluent English speaking staff. Pool, sauna and bath which I didn't have time to use, but it's nice to know it's there. Also I needed to change my booking to a new date and they were so gracious and supportive in assisting me with that. Very easy communication with the hotel.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

    Narita Tobu Hotel delivers efficiently for overnight travelers on return trips who need to catch early morning flights. Their professionalism in managing guests for shuttling from the hotel bus to airport terminals, which include managing queues, handling luggage, traffic was very impressive. Most airport hotels with shuttles would leave you on your own. The restaurant buffet offered steak and tempura selections at a value for money price.

    Service was fantastic. Was our first stay in Japan and created a wonderful impression. Was nice to have a hotel shuttle bus from the airport to this nearby hotel so we could rest before heading into Tokyo Central as a family the next morning. Would recommend for families arriving at Narita airport in the evening. Breakfast included and 24hour minimart on-site. Would use this hotel again!

    Great location as the shuttle bus runs between the hotel , Narita Airport and the train stations . Great if you have a stopover and don’t need to stay in an expensive hotel in Tokyo. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection to suit most tastes. There are two convenience stores at the hotel too.

    This hotel is awesome! The price is exceptional. It's only a few minutes from Narita International Airport. You can ride the free shuttle to the airport from the hotel and take the train into Tokyo. It's very convenient.
