Great place and reasonably priced for its class

Great location with lots of restaurants, retail stores nearby. Perfect for people who want to enjoy the area!

Service was exceptional and the hotel is worth an extra star

The breakfast was really delicious. The room was a excellent size.

Everything was excellent, from help with checking in, daily room clean-up with new bottles of water and new towels, to help finding your way to checking out. The location was great, with view over the Changgokcheon stream and walking trails that goes around the whole city. It's a short walk to the Wirye center square and the Namwirye station or a few bus stops. And once the Wirye Line Tram is finished (supposedly Dec 2026) it will be even easier to traverse the town for longer excursions.

Good location for shopping and food.

Everything. The staff are so kind and helpful as always. We are always staying whenever we are coming to Korea. Very Clean and the amenities are excellent. Big plus for the croissant for breakfast because we are from France.

everything was about the property was amazing and super impressive for the price! the owner was extremely nice! He even helped bring my bag up to my room and showed me how to use everything! Also I’m not sure if this is right but i think they gave me an upgrade. They also let me check at earlier than stated! amenities / what’s provided: private bathroom bathroom and room slippers Hangers Multi-charger including wireless Robe Mini fridge stocked with water Blow dryer and flat iron tv with Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, etc shampoo / conditioner / body wash Towels Kettle teas / coffee packets Location: one review said it was in an alley, while true it’s close to the main road, safe, and very easy to find! Plenty of restaurants nearby The closest station is a 15-20 minute walk away but it’s a straight path and easy to navigate there is a police station nearby (I had lost my wallet and the owner actually took me to the police station and helped me file a report!)

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I am convinced this is the best Double Tree anywhere. The property is spectacularly clean. It’s tastefully decorated and aesthetically pleasant. The icing on the cake is the phenomenal staff! Concierge was consistently efficient, professional and helpful. Room service was excellent and the food was amazing. I don’t usually finish every bite but this time I certainly did. Housekeeping always did a beautiful job. The cute place where they serve tea and pastries, across from the restaurant - also amazing. I could go on. But in a nutshell this place is a must see, must stay.

The staff was incredible. Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.

The property is in the perfect location, easily accessible to public transportation if needed.

Being in Jamsil, its very convenient if you want to spend time in Gangnam and south of the Han river. There's a Daiso, Convenient stores, grocery store with fresh produce, Lotteries, nearby.

The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was amazing, everything was nearby! There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shops within walking distance, and it was easy to get anywhere in Seoul. The subway was also close by, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered great value for the price.

Very clean and easy access to Lotte park

Everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean

Complete facilities, they have ATM machines nearby.

The room was spacious (38m2) and close to the metro station and had excellent breakfast buffet

Very good staff, good service. Giod location to transportation and shopping mall. Near the river so you can enjoy walking and exercising.

I loved all the restaurants are around the hotel. Giving movie tickets and discounts for the spa was great as well.

We really appreciated the nicely appointed and clean rooms. The bathroom was quite spacious.
