When we arrived, our luggage were carried and also going back to pier.They allowed us to reheat our food and eat in their dining area though it’s late. Staff are so helpful. Thanks to Mal helping me out to explore Male. The breakfast is delicious.

A good budget value for travelers to Maafushi who want to explore the island far away from the noise of the hotels. The atmosphere was cool being in a cheerful place surrounded by the local houses. The best part of it was the staff, very caring, helpful and made you feel at home. Mohamed is the kindest reception man you could meet, he would assist with anything at any time with a smile. The room is equipped with a knettle, mini bar,AC and a hair dryer. Bikini beach is just 10 min walk from the guesthouse.

    Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

    Beach was very good.

    Beach was very good. There are many places in this world to visit which is very comfortable regarding expense, travel and stay. In Mafushi everything including food, trip, hotel stay is unnecessarily expensive. I think its expensive more in the world. Green Tax is somehow sky high. 6 dollar per person per day other than usual tax and room rent. During journey by speed boat gambling is common here. Oreedo Network is another gambler starts with 40 dollar for 10 days for the tourists. Impossible expense. But cannot run your streamline, any you tube video in mafushi. Only text and call. I would recommend rather Phuket, Thailand. I would further recommend Langkawi, Malaysia.

    Great spot for getting to know the other side of the Maldives. We stayed in Maafushi for 5 nights as part of a 10 day trip to the Maldives and took the opportunity to do various boat trips. Bikini beach is lovely, warm waters and pretty chilled. Food was ok in general, but we weren't really looking for anything fancy. We went one evening to the bar boat (we were hoping to catch the sunset, but it was closed until 7pm due to Ramadan) and it was an interesting experience.

    Maafushi is a great place to visit in the Maldives on a mid-level budget. As one of the first inhabited islands to open for tourism, it's very well-equipped to handle all tourist needs (accommodations, restaurants, excursions). Keep in mind that there's no alcohol on the island, but there's a party boat anchored just off shore where alcohol is served to tourists (or so we were told).

    Good rate restaurants' foods near kaani are good. Especially octopus are very good. But generally sea can't be seen from restaurant and less kind of alcohol. Many mosquito are in outside restaurants. Before 9 am is better because less people are at beach.

    Triton Prestige is a great hotel and I strongly recommend everyone to go! The amazing staff they have, offering their support to whoever needed it, the food excellent, having everyday something new Maldivian dish for you to try, and the cleanliness in the hotel was top notch! Not to mention the walking distance to the beach, quiet island and the numerous activities Triton Prestige tours can offer! I have no regrets for choosing them and if I return to the Maldives I would most likely choose them again! Well done!

    Everything. The staff In the resturant were amazing they really took the time to get to know us and gave us amazing service. The resturant staff are honestly an asset to the hotel. The man at the front desk (can't remember his name) really tried his best to give us an early check in because we were tired and had a toddler with us. Their tours are also readonably priced as compared to other resorts/hotels . Thank you for an amazing time in Maafushi.

    Great value. Also the location was great, because it was close to the bikini beach but had some distance to the big and noisy hotels. If you ask at the reception, they bring the sunbeds to the beach for you. Very helpful staff. Especially Tania (from Spain) was very friendly, gave us informations about the island and she helped us with all our tours and excursions!

    The hotel îs located 1 minut away from Bikini Beach. Very clean room. The sunbeds are free on the beach. The breakfast îs served at The Kaani Grand and the dinner buffet at The Kaani Palm as we have haff board. Very good good. The personal from the restorants very frendly.
