The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The kayak being included was awesome. The common room was great also at night to hang and play games ( giant backgammon board/table). The location is love a quiet in nature and all the buildings are separate which I loved .

Very comfy bed, in centro walking distance to the malecon waterfront, ferry, resturants. Staff was very helpful & spoke English. Checked in early & gave preferred room on top floor. Fast Internet that never dropped. Well lit outside over night, very clean facility all around.
