Easy access to different kind of restaurants and supermarket. Lot of choice too for different kind of drinks you want and the place is not noisy even though there's a lot of car passing through the hotel.

Great and Budget hotel. Nice room and comfortable. Just 5 minutes to the main town. Near with the Pasar Malam. I was book from online. More cheap because they have promo rate.

Staff was friendly, room are clean

Great central location. Kind, helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options.

I like the fact the have Netflix, hot heater, working acon, super clean, comfy, basic amenities available and just a walkaway from the waterfront😄👍🏼 I'll definitely come back here again on my next sandakan trip

The hotel offers a panoramic view overlooking much of Sandakan. The view from the hotel is amazing, with a beautiful, wide, amazing view across Sandakan and its surroundings. Breathtaking sunset view!

We loved everything especially the pool which was beautiful and clean nice and big and a perfect for the hot weather. Dining including breakfast was excellent and very well priced. Beds were large and comfortable there was plenty of space in the rooms and bathrooms.

Consider best and modern hotel in Sandakan.

Very good place for stay, clean and safty

Great location next to Sandakan heritage trail, easy to walk to the Harbor mall area and central market. The room had spacious windows with nice sea and city views. Very comfortable mattress. Working AC and shower, free water refills on all floors. On the 2nd floor there's a kettle and cooler with hot water as well. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow later checkout free of charge.

The place is very cozy, comfortable and clean. It has all the commodities: hot water always, ac, soap, toothbrushes etc. The location is also excellent, situated in a flourishing neighborhood, with a ton of restaurant, cafe's and bars. Much nicer imo than staying sandakan city.. The rooms are simple, yet have everything you need. Self check-in is extremely smooth and the contact with the property via WhatsApp is instantaneous. The buck-for-value ratio is insane! Highly recommended.

I spent a few nights at the YX Oasis Hotel, and it was such a great place to stay after going down the Kinabatangan river. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable (and I'm picky about beds), the wifi worked great, the check-in was flawless, the price was great, the aircon was fantastic, and everything just worked out well. The location is near several restaurants and shops, which is convenient.

Nothing, the place was bad. I forfeited the tax I paid in cash. They did refund my 3 nights. Very strong smell of disinfectant. Room small and not pleasant. Small shower bathroom.
