Facilities, cleanliness and service

Historical, confortable, beautiful location, clean

Very positive staff, helpful.

Everything! We love this place, one of our favorite places we stayed during our 4 weeks of traveling this summer. The owner is lovely and has thought of everything. Wine, coffee, recommendations for the area. My husband had to work a few days while we were here and the internet was very good. We loved having coffee or a drink by the canal, slow mornings and relaxing evenings were great watching the boats and paddlers go by.

firstly, we arrived late after a long trip and the receptionist really made our evening! He was very cheerful and helpful! the room was perfect: very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and amazing shower.

Location, kitchen, and a lot of space. I highly recommend it!

We didn’t have breakfast there. Found a great place around the corner. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely amazing stay at Mitland. Staff were friendly, location is superb inside a park with a lake. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathroom is also very good. They also have a restaurant that is quite decent as well as a swimming pool and sauna free of charge. Parking charge is also reasonable I'll definitely repeat

-Comfortable beds, spacious room -Bathroom has AMAZING bath AND shower -Extremely modern place -High standard of everything -Included coffee, tea -We even had a small fridge with different sodas and champagne available at an extra cost -Everything was so CLEAN! Spotless! Thank you for making our stay UNFORGETABLE ❤ We are back as soon as we can!

The location and the love and care for the place. It was small but everything you needed was there. Also two umbrellas, which we had to use one afternoon.

Every thing perfect , excellent location ,beautiful and clean hotel ,restaurant with delicious food and friendly staff when I come back to Utrecht sure I’ll stay in court hotel

Close to everything very friendly staff clean room comfortable bed

We experienced a stay and service that was nothing short of exceptional. The hospitality provided was wonderful, the rooms immaculate and the food at the downstairs Soep-er restaurant was delicious. We highly recommend staying here on your visit to Utrecht. Very interesting addition to our stay was learning that the hotel is actually situated on the remains of Paleis Lofen. The first palace of the original Utrecht. The gate is beside the hotel and the cellars have recently been opened to the public via a tour. We highly suggest booking the tour.

Everything! Beautiful room, high ceilings, extremely comfortable bed with gorgeous, soft linens, so spacious, seating area with coffee maker, mini fridge, cutlery. Location was perfect. Walking through the plant shop was so special. There is a side door which goes through the back part of the plant shop for after hours. The staff were so friendly and caring. Highly recommend Dawn’s Greenhouse. We stayed in the room in the 1st floor with the Juliet balcony.
