Extremely comfortable bed and linens. Friendly and attentive staff.

This review is for people who want an honest and realistic opinion about this hotel. First, you should know that this is an Ibis Styles hotel. Among the Ibis brands, I personally find Ibis Styles to offer the best balance of comfort and value. It is still a budget-friendly hotel, but with a more modern and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and have very comfortable mattresses. They are also equipped with a safe, effective air conditioning, reliable Wi-Fi, and a hairdryer—everything you need for a comfortable stay. This hotel is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful city of Haarlem, especially if you're traveling by car. It's an affordable option with easy access to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel offers parking for €7.50 per day, but there is also a free public parking area just 30 seconds away, so I'd recommend using the free option. Haarlem's city center is only 5–10 minutes away by car. Be sure to spend some time walking through the historic center and along the riverside to see the iconic windmill—it is one of the city's highlights. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel near Haarlem, this is an excellent choice.

Very central location in Haarleem. The room is clean and well-equipped. Good security. Everything was just a 15 mins walk maximum. Friendly staff who let us parked the luggage at the hotel early.

Covenient and is in the center!

The stay was awesome and the staffs at the restaurant were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was also very nice, we stayed in Bambu for 2 nights and we always had our dinner here in the restaurant. If you have big luggage it is going to be little difficult to carry them when you go upstairs but it is the case in most of the stays in and around Amsterdam/Haarlem location. Haarlem is also very well connected via train to Amsterdam main station, commute was never a problem.

The brunch was absolutely amazing and they had the best mimosas with freshly squeezed orange juice. We also enjoyed the catch of the day and the tomato bursts salad. We also enjoyed the option of the walk in shower and the tub in our room as well as the Nespresso machine to make a little coffee on demand. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating if we needed anything. We also really Enjoyed the view from our room of the different residents and nature in the back. They also called us after we left to see if we had found our Apple Watch.

The place was very inviting and the staff very friendly. The fact that there are only 5 rooms made our experience seem more exclusive, we were received with a welcoming personal written note. The room had a very unique style, combining the old building with modern decorations. They had a coffee machine and kettle to use freely in the room, and also a minifridge.

Perfect location, near airport. Nice quiet surroundings.

Great location, friendly staff, modern and comfortable rooms.

Location near Woodstock 69 was great

Lovely hotel, clean, great position for the beach, quiet. Helpful staff.

Location is excellent for any age of person and any disability. Can be dropped off right at the entrance. Staff were very welcoming and were empathic and helpful to non verbal people. The room had great views and was well presented.

Excellent location and really nice breakfast! Room was cleaned daily which was nice. Would definitely return and recommend

Victoria at the frontdesk was exceptional. She was very nice and helpful. Always with the smile.

Great breakfast buffett with some traditional Dutch breakfast items. Very helpful front desk staff.

I can recommend this hotel. Charming and helpful hosts, excellent location in the town center, but in a very quiet area. Very filling breakfast.

A superb property in a former home from 1635. The staff were beyond amazing, particularly Luisa.

The property is very chicly designed and terribly comfortable. The bed and bedding are top quality and the location very quiet at night which was perfect for sleep after long sight-seeing days. The housekeeping staff is excellent and they even arranged to launder and return some of our garments for us. The proximity to the city center made it easy for us to do walking tours of the neighborhoods and attractions with easy access to the canals for boat rides and sight-seeing. I would definitely recommend this small, elegant hotel to any discerning traveler.

This property is one of a kind. If you like thought through interiors, your eye will always have something to dwell on.

Great location, comfortable bed and room.

I liked the central location, that the building and room had interesting character. My top-floor room had large roof beams and gable windows. I also greatly appreciated that staff were quickly reachable by email, which I did need to do on at least one occasion (remember the check-out time, was one hour earlier than I expected!). Bathroom was well appointed, and everything in the room was neat, tidy, clean, and spotless. Can highly recommend a stay here.
