Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, hair dryer is already in the rooms and there is free and tasty tea and coffee. Location is quiet but still close to shopping stores and in the city centre. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Everything. The staff is really friendly, helping, polite excelent English. The room is exactly like in the pictures: modern, clean, big enough. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is super close to the train station and 2 stations from Amsterdam Central, 5 minutes train from Zaanse Schans (or 18 minutes by bicycle). No noice from neighbors, neither from outside. There is a supermarket right across the hotel. Excellent hotel!

The room was beautiful and clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Pastries by reception were a nice touch too! Whilst this place is a bus journey from Amsterdam, it's very easy to access, being a six minute walk from the bus stop and then only about 25 minutes into Amsterdam Centraal.

Really relaxing bedroom, enjoyed relaxing in the bath. Only a short train ride from Centraal and just a few minutes walk from Zandaam Station. The room face the train tracks you can still hear very minor noise but nothing major. We had a very relaxing night sleep.

The room we had was huge, clean, with complimentary coffee and Tea. High ceiling, comfy beds, with electricfan and has clean toilet. All the doors are digital, hence you need code numbers to get inside. The owner is reachable only through chat or messages.

    I was only there for one night, a guest at an event that took up most of my afternoon and evening. The stormy weather (5 August) wasn't ideal for spending time outdoors! However, on my previous trip in 2016, I visited Zaanse Schans: highly recommended for everyone.

    A great small city with amazing history and interesting architecture. A centre of the international maritime trade in cocoa and other items that made the Dutch Republic wealthy. And the religious history is fascinating as well. A quick train ride to Amsterdam .

    We travelled light with hand luggage only.

    We travelled light with hand luggage only. Having the hotel so close to the train station meant we could drop off our luggage and begin sightseeing straight away. When our planned flight home was rescheduled to be 4 hours late, the staff arranged for us to have access to the spa to relax while we waited for our flight. It was so convenient to get to Central Amsterdam; Schiphol Airport and the Windmill village by train. The trains were efficient reliable and staff at Schiphol advised for us to get a transport pass at the airport, which made unlimited travelling in zones, much cheaper. We just hopped on and off the trains all weekend! Another good thing was the hotel is situated at the end of Zaandam village, which has a variety of quality shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, right outside the door. It was so good for my 60th Birthday Celebration Weekend, my daughter is going for her 40th celebrations later in the year.

    Unfortunately we found Zaandam very run down.

    Unfortunately we found Zaandam very run down. When we visited the centre square and there was broken glass and plastic beer cups strewn all over the floor, it was awful. Food was very pricy and not good quality in the centre square. Safe to say we will not be visiting again.

    Quirky building, clean environment with helpful staff. Café options next to hotel if needed. Room was a good size and functional. Steam room, sauna and pool small but perfectly formed. We used them late evening and often had the pool to ourselves which was great as a family. Quick, easy train ride to Amsterdam Centraal and the other way to Zaanse Schans if windmills are on your itinerary.

    The vicinity to the City center Calm in Zaandam Expceptionally competent, and professional and kind Staff( Big thanks to Lloyd who oversaw me stay at this hire on two separate occasion). I can’t imagine to sleep anywhere else. At my second stay Dennis was also there at the reception and he is very friendly. Thank you easy hotel. Bless u. Clean facilities. Give Denis and Lloyd a raise

Zaandam is a modern and buzzy town. Away from the hoards in Central Amsterdam! Direct and quick train to the airport and Central. Price was good compared to others.
