Breakfast was great! Good variety of hot, cold, and long cal breakfast items. Staff walked around and offered extra muffins and juices. Staff was super helpful! Monika from the front desk was really great and we liked the parking garage discount t the hotel offered us! Tip, have your listende plate number ready when you check in to receive the discount for the Kloster Garasjen discount to be applied.

The hotel is centrally located in Bergen in a beautiful building. The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We were fortunate that our room was ready upon our early arrival, and they surprised us with a junior suite upgrade. A Christmas tree in the room made it so special. The room was clean, spacious, and had such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. We had dinner in Frescohallen, and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were attentive, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also wonderful! Plenty of variety. The staff kindly stored our luggage on checkout and called a taxi for us when we needed to leave. I would easily recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.

Excellent breakfast, nice room, everything clean and working. We forgot something in the room, and they contacted Faundit so that we could receive back our belongings! Very good service and good memories to always remember the Scandic Ørnen fondly.
