Beautiful views to enjoy. Super clean room and bathroom. Private entrance and sitting area to enjoy the view. Sylvia was very accommodating. A little bit out of Blenheim, but so worth the drive fit the peace and quiet.

Alex and Peter were so friendly and kind. Their dogs are very friendly too. The property was beautiful. We enjoyed a very nice dinner. We even pet their horses! What a place! We enjoyed the many conversations about life in New Zealand.

A wonderful hotel - The staff were incredibly helpful and were able to check us in much earlier than planned. Our room was huge, and well stocked. The bed was very comfy. We also loved our meal in the Quench restaurant.

We had a wonderful experience at the 14th Lane Urban Hotel. The location is perfect: right next to everything, with a parking lot close by. The room was so comfortable and functional, containing everything we could probably wish for, and beautifully designed. But above all the owners, are super communicative and nice. Vicky especially, came back late to meet us, since we arrived after hours. When we asked about laundry, she simply asked us to bring it over, and within a couple of hours we got everything back clean. Its the small things that show care and made a huge difference for us. Thank you Vicky!

Heather was a lovely host who checked in about my arrival time and showed me around the kitchen so I could prep some food for my trip. The bed was comfortable and the house was well-decorated and well-taken care of.

Very professional friendly staff. Quiet place beds were 'super comfortable, slept super well..Two hundred kilometers on the electric car, and the electric car can drive up 22 hundred kilometers on a full charge They gave me some great one revisit suggestions while I was here. Good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within walking distance.
