We stayed for the 3 nights. A great location for this property. Close to everything including bars; restaurants and tourist venues. Entering the premises was seamless with codes provided prior to arrival. The room was modern and chic. The room was ample in size for us just being 2 travellers. Noise from outside was non-existent. The hosts were even able to accommodate a delivery to our room prior to arrival. Great place to stay!!

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the start of my trip in Panama. The room was large, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly quiet - yet the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and everything easily accessible. What really made this place special, though, was the owner. He runs everything with genuine heart and care. He was always around, always helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. From helpful advice to thoughtful little gestures, it was clear he truly cares about his guests :) And as a lovely bonus, his sweet and friendly dog added so much character and warmth to the place & made it feel even more like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s rare to find a combination of comfort, great location, and heartfelt hospitality like this. A huge thank you for such a beautiful stay!

I have never experienced such kind helpful staff. Manuel goes above and beyond to help. When we arrived we were having contacting a airline to arrange a ticket refund- he could not have been more helpful and with success. Whilst in Panama we were subject to petty crime and Manuel contacted the Police and came with us to the station to make a statement . We had a bigger room . It was quiet, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The WiFi worked well and the room had air-con. The kitchen was well equipt and we cooked a few meals. The staff will do your laundry on site for $6 a load. Excellent location- lots of shops ( food stores) and restaurants nearby. Via Argentina is a 10-15min walk. All in all we were so pleased that we chose Hostel IBRAIS - we came back for another stay! (Manuel stored our bags and had helped organise a San Blas tour)

Everything was brand new! Stayed on the top floor, 4p apartment, it was massive! Very beautiful place in the center of the old town! Would definitely stay again!
