Our room was the one in the image promoting the hotel so it had a balcony with a view across the river and of the old rail bridge. I think it was once a house that was later converted to a hotel so there's an unusual intimacy to the space, with sitting areas and interesting artwork throughout. And yes, there's a Tin Tin theme. The staff was very attentive and helpfull. Breakfast was simple but enough and served in the little sun room. All very appealing.

I loved that they had our room ready at 5am. Also breakfast was a real continental breakfast with cereals, fruits, toast etc...the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice reception staff, special mention @Connie. Comfy bed, quiet and very clean. About 15min walk from the central square but I prefer as I have tried both near and bit further away mainly because of the noise. Also, more up to date hotel with a nice smell and not a smell of humidity as the other one in an old building.

The hotel is comfortable, good breakfast.

The location very nice got treated like family

Honestly everything was great from the moment I arrived. The staff was extremely friendly, hotel is very clean, and room was nice!

Wonderful staff, breakfast and location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Avila. The staff was very friendly, especially Natalia who helped us book a tour as well. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the best part was the breakfast in the lovely garden.

Staff, location, breakfast, and cleaning.

Beautiful hotel with great staff. Breakfast is very good and has vegetarian and vegan options. Rooftop was nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Evening room drop of two delicious cookies was appreciated.

Everything was so good. Very helpful staff, good and complete breakfast. What we loved the most was Rocky. 💕🐈

Our recommendations highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the reception staff, as well as the rest of the team. Because my parents are elderly, they require special attention, a great deal of understanding, tolerance, and above all, patience. We also recommend the restaurant, which is ideal for lunch. You can enjoy typical dishes at local prices.
