Staff was very rude There was an cockroach on my Bed and it was alot. in room how someone supposed to sleep in so many cockroaches were appearing. Disgusting. And they said breakfast was included but they charged me for that and i suppose it was an total scam.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The host was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The location of the hotel was perfect - peaceful and scenic. I initially booked for one day but ended up extending my stay because of how great the experience was. The breakfast here is far better than most hotels, and the view is absolutely stunning. The parking area is spacious, and navigating around the property is very convenient. The staff’s cooperation was excellent and really stood out. While the internet speed is average, mobile data works perfectly fine. Overall, this is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve visited in the northern region. The food was consistently amazing, with the chef showing real expertise, especially in Chinese cuisine and pasta—every meal felt like it came from a top-tier restaurant. The views are simply breathtaking. Thanks to the huge windows throughout the resort, you’re constantly surrounded by nature’s beauty. One of my absolute favourite experiences was sitting on the jhoola (swing) in the room, sipping hot chai and looking out at the river and mountains—it was peaceful, unique, and something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The bedrooms are new, spotless, and each one has its own charm. The electric blankets made the beds incredibly cosy and warm. We had a fantastic time around the massive bonfire, full of laughter and good vibes. The river walk was serene and refreshing—a perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. This place is a perfect mix of natural beauty, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The property was extremely well kept. It was really majestic and Osama was so hospitable. He helped us plan our days and was always available for queries and telling us about local enjoyments. The place itself felt like home. We were a family of 7 people with a baby and everyone was super comfortable. We really escaped the hustle bustle of the city and made core memories.
