Cleanliness, politeness of the staff

Very clean. The staff is very polite and friendly.

They had ice avtale to take to the room.

Everything in one place, good service.

Staff was helpful in arranging transportation to Poznan Main Train Station by taxi since we arrived by Uber but could not find an Uber Back to Train Station. We arrived just before 1900 and the restaurant was closing early and they still provided a menu dinner for us.

The Property had a nice gym and tennis courts that were only available for an extra cost. There is seclusion here outside of the city but not with the paper thin walls.

Loved the hotel overall - cozy and discreet but modern at the same time, loved the food (chlodnik!!!), a possibility to rent bikes was great, the location was so great to relax, although it's better to arrive by car as the train station is a bit remote and uber is scarce I loved the pillows menu - you can pick the type of pillow And the local cats are so nice :) best hydromassage in the pool ever

The breakfast selection was decent, probably the best part of the stay.

Hotel is quite old by well kept and clean. Good value for the price.

I like how the room was organized. A lot of space, big bathroom and nice that we had an extra toilet as well.

Basic, good accommodation around the airport, Clean and 3 minutes walk from the airport

Very good breakfast. Very kind and supportive staff.

The hotel was chosen primarily due to its location near the Poznan Airport. However, the hotel had full amenities including bar, excellent meals, wonderful facilities, clean, modern, near new facility. Very nicely appointed. The owner personally greeted us and spent time with us talking about our travel objectives and experiences. Very accommodating staff.

The facility is more like a hostel, not hotel. For sure wasn’t worth the price, although the room was clean, quiet location. The room was not in the hotel standard for the price for the hostel it’s great, if you looking for a hotel- it’s not it

The staff was very helpful, and the location of the hotel was a five-minute walk to the airport. The hotel was well designed, modern, and clean. In addition, the restaurant/bar is open very late.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years when visiting our son who is studying at the nearby Poznan Medical University. It's in a great location across from a park on a quiet street off a major road. City Park Poznan is a couple of minutes' walk away. There are many restaurants and bars there. We like the little wine bar on the corner just outside of the complex. Before we arrived we were warned there would be an event happening at the hotel and it might be loud until 22:00. But the event area was on the other side of the hotel and we heard nothing even when checking in. We have never tried the restaurant as we always eat in town.

The rooms were very nice and Aleksandra at the front desk was so helpful and nice to chat with!

The hotel, its rooms, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, featuring a comfortable sofa, a kitchen table, a work desk, and even a small kitchenette. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, complemented by an excellent whiskey bar. Breakfast was truly exceptional! The wellness facilities are impressive, with two pools, multiple saunas, a gym, and more. Overall, a fantastic stay with everything you could need for relaxation and comfort.
