A very nice hostel with a shared space that includes a kitchen and a dining room with 4 private rooms. There is also a terrace with a few tables outside that we used for breakfast. The room we stayed in was very clean with pastel colors making it very cozy. The bed was comfortable and even though our balcony was facing the street, the area is really quiet. The self-serve check in was really easy and the communication with the host went very smoothly. Great place to consider even if you are doing the Fisherman Trail.

Wonderful property, very close to Fisherman’s Trail. Incredibly comfortable bed and nice shower to relax after a sweaty day on the trail. The host was very sweet and easy to deal with. Check in was very easy and communication was wonderful. Coffee provided in the morning was a wonderful touch.

    Had two nights here. Quiet village, the beach and beach bar made it worth staying the extra night. The hostel is in a side street very quiet two minute walk to a cafe/grocery store. Five minute walk to the beach.

    Beautiful sleepy little Portuguese village .

    Beautiful sleepy little Portuguese village . We wished we'd booked for two nights here as we didn't get to sample the local beach and the area around was worth of so much exploring. There is a coastal path which we would explore next time. We will come back!

    Brand new hostel in a quiet street which is spotless and has a great kitchen and lounge downstairs. The dorm room is a little cramped and the shared bathroom downstairs from it which makes a night time pee an ordeal. They offer a nice enough breakfast and a service forwarding backpacks on to the next stop on Rota Vicentina if too tired. The outdoor areas are nice and the village of Almograve and beach are worth visiting.

    We were lucky that the other room was not in use; so what had a private bathroom :-) Look at the photo to find the house. The title in booking.com "Quarto Duplo com Varanda e Casa de Banho Partilhada - Em Casa de Praia do Almograve T2 - Trilho dos Pescadoresa" little bit strange ... The house has a name...

    Well, the apartment ("Alojamento local") is actually a fully equipped flat. Kitchen, terrace, living room and a nice bedroom. Paulo, the owner, speaks English fluently and can give any kind of advice. The stay in Almograve definitely was one highlight on our hike on the Fishermen's Trail.

    The house is ideally located in the town of Almograve, near amenities. Impeccably clean, with only two other rooms for guests. We had a comfortable stay between walks in the Rota Vicentina trail and I highly recommend it to other walkers.
