Beautiful boutique hotel — very peaceful and quiet at night. It had very new stylish interiors and a comfortable, modern room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’d highly recommend staying here. It was such a treat to enjoy breakfast outside the room in the garden each morning — and the jams were absolutely amazing!

Everything about Cantinho da Ana is very special. So many personal touches that make you feel like home. The kitchen and refrigerator were well stocked (eggs, bacon, cheese, cold cuts, butter, jam, etc.). When you first walk into the cottage, there's a welcome message with your name on it. Towels neatly placed on top of the bed with rose petals for decor. The scent of roses was felt throughout the cottage. There was a nice fireplace in the room with plenty of firewood to keep the place even cozier. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and warm. In the morning, someone brought us fresh bread from the bakery and placed on a hook outside the door and all we had to do was to open the small window to retrieve the bread for our breakfast. We will definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

It was easy to communicate with the owner who left us the keys when we arrived. We parked right outside. We loved everything in the town too. The owner left us a very delicious breakfast, wood enough to have a fire going all night. To be honest, we felt right at home as soon as we got in. Any rating less than 9 on thins property is not fair. Everything was perfect.

It was an amazing stay, good location, close to Covilhã and Serra da Estrela trails. The house was very clean and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were in very good standard and the garden was huge. Very peaceful and perfect for a getaway in nature. The hosts were incredibly nice and flexible. Highly recommended.
