Everything! The staff are amazing-very attentive to ensuring a comfortable, serene, and enjoyable stay. We were lucky enough to spend 5 nights at Hotel Paco de Vitorino. The grounds are beautiful and include a large pool. The bed was 10 out of 10 for comfort. . It felt like we were on a retreat, yet close enough to drive to Ponte de Lima, Ponte de Barca, Guimaraes, Braga & explore the Minho region. It was an unforgettable experience!!! Thank you!! Fantastic. So comfy after a long day's walk. Very beautifully set up. Very central, a block from the bridge. We had a mix up with our bag transport and they were incredibly helpful in getting it sorted.

If, like us, you stay here as part of walking the Camino, you may not want to continue to Santiago because you will think you have already gone to heaven. The hosts treated us almost like family and were delightful people, hospitable and informative. Dinner was excellent and Carlos even wanted our opinion of the wine. We have stayed in very expensive hotels in famous cities that were not as clean and luxurious as here. If we ever come back to this area of Portugal, we will want to come stay here without doubt. Oh, and having an enclosed, warm salt-water swimming pool was wonderful at the end of a long day of walking. Breakfast was good too.
