The staff were super friendly and helpful. Explained all the details about the place, artists and how to sleep without freezing. It was cozy and warm in our sleeping bags. The atmosphere was simply breathtaking!

Amazing stay. Great staff. The food at the restaurant was incredible, specifically the beef fillet (some of the best we’ve ever had). The rooms were very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

We were 3 couples so we had the place all to ourselves. We had everything we needed. It was awesome. The hosts were very helpful and quick to answer over phone call or text. Friendly goats as neighbors were a big plus!

This place is like home, peaceful and calm! So cozy, with all the needed facilities, the nature is amazing around this place. When we arrived we were greeted by two cute doggies, as well where are plenty of activities for children, B&B grill, the kitchen is spacious and comfortable. Rooms are clean and nice. We had an amazing, refreshing time, chilling in the nature, cuddling doggies, we did Mici and had unfortgetable stay. Can't express our gratitude for the owners, love this place and want to come back. The best!!!!

Location is everything.The facts that the room was big enough to turn the car (also the bathroom - with hot water at will and also the hall - bonus the fridge) and the parking itself is also generous and inside the protected area. The view including the one from room is what keep you alert or/and dreaming. The host(s) were like family! Barbecue amenities available but we did not use it. Shared kitchen available, not used.

    Nice, quiet place in the mountains. We visited in February during off season, so we were the only guest in the hotel and maybe even in the whole area which was so peaceful. Room was great, host super kind (doesnt speak English but that was not needed). We even got coffee offered in the morning during check-out. He also has two wonderful kind dogs that will welcome you with open arms.

    We visited the Ice Hotel to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and what an a amazing experience we had. The entire experience was fantastic and something we will always remember! A big 'Thank you' to Cristina too, who was an absolute credit to the Ice hotel and made our experience really memorable.

    Due to bad weather the cable car and road was closed. But the hotel arranged a free of charge booking at the Balea Waterfall hotel. So great service. And I think it would have been beautiful up there at the top. But due to the weather we could not go.

    Great hotel in the perfect location to start or end the Trasfagarasan. Check in was very easy, rooms were huge and the beds really comfy. Small bar onsite for beers etc Onsite, off street parking behind closed gates

    We really enjoyed our one night here. The rooms were basic but very clean and with a great view from the balcony. The swimming pool was great and you can use it free if staying at the hotel. The staff were all lovely.
