Amazing location next to the park, super friendly and helpful staff, very tasty dinner. The rooms are completely new and beautiful. Unfortunately we only stayed one night and could not use the pool, but it looked clean and with a nice view.

This is our second visit. The view overlooking the lake and horizon is breathless. The sunrise seen from our cabin is unforgettable. The dinner menu has been enriched and the chef did an excellent cook. The reception remembered us after coming back after one year.

We brought our own lunch and even though the Lodge usually does not allow outside food to be consumed, they graciously allowed us to have our lunch by the pool after signing some papers agreeing the property was not liable in case we fell ill from the food. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, too.

The staff at the Lodge was phenomenal. Antoine organized our itinerary for us, which was a huge help. The entire staff accommodated all of our requests. Food was waiting for us although we arrived late. They kept a large suitcase for us for 2 days while we were in the park. The location is just outside of Akagera National Park and was very convenient.

Julienne and her staff are amazing. This is a one of a kind place. A beautiful garden which they use for their nightly dinners, which are absolutely delicious. The carrot and pumpkin soup is spectacular. The hospitality from Julienne makes it all worth it, she is amazing.
