Le Repaire is in a beautiful location on its own little beach, with beautiful simple rooms and centrally located. Wonderful staff, breakfast and Italian restaurant. This will be my go-to place to stay next time on La Digue.

The location is amazing, the restaurant is one of the best on La Digue, and the staff are wonderful human beings who are happy to show up to their jobs everyday. I'm honestly so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail, this is a boutique property and you can feel how happy and well-treated everyone is, and that reflects in the great service. Melissa is the most gracious and thoughtful person, and I wish I could shout out all of the names, but from housekeeping to the bar to the restaurant and beyond, everyone is just really nice here. The property is quite charming and especially shines at night time where the infinity pool and water splashing against the deck, and the warm social atmosphere around the small bar is really one of the best places to spend an evening in La Digue.

Rising Sun Guesthouse is about 15mins walk from the ferry terminal and very close to the very famous anse source d'argent, we could rent cycles from the guest house at 100 SCR per day. The room was clean and good, we opted only for breakfast and it was good. The place is as per the pictures. There are 2 supermarkets very close and 2 good food take-away joints as well, this makes your stay and overall experience very convenient.

It was nice to have to have the whole villa to ourselves! The yard is spacious and it is in a quiet area. The owner was very helpful to help us arrange bikes. I feel without bikes it is a little far from restaurants/the beach.. so they were nice to have. The kitchen is well stocked. Good wifi!

Great island - really laid back and everyone on bicycles to get around. I did the hike to Anse Marron which was difficult due to the terrain but totally in nature and the natural surroundings - I loved it. This is definitely not for the faint of heart as we were in caves waiting for the tide to go out with 10 seconds to get up a rock kind of deal but man it was cool. For a longer Seychelles stay I would stay here for sure.

La Digue is an absolute gem in the Seychelles and one of the most picturesque islands we’ve ever visited. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, where time seems to slow down. The island is small and easy to explore—bicycles are the main mode of transport, adding to its laid-back charm.
The beaches are truly breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise waters and powdery white sand. Anse Source d'Argent, in particular, lives up to the hype—it's like stepping into a postcard. Beyond the beaches, the island has lush greenery, granite rock formations, and a warm, welcoming local culture.
What makes La Digue even more special is how untouched and authentic it feels. There are no big resorts or heavy crowds, just a perfect blend of nature, tranquility, and friendly people. Whether you're relaxing on the beach, cycling around the island, or watching the sunset by the ocean, La Digue is a place you’ll never forget.

I really enjoyed La Digue as there are not that many motorised vehicles and everyone gets around on a bicycle. I walked and everything was in a perfect walking distance. Must-go beaches include Anse Marron, Anse Coco and Petite Anse…I expected a bit calmer waters though so you end up looking at pretty waters but cannot bathe because of the strong current…

Paradise… definitely recommend to stay for a few days instead of just a day trip! Loved the laid-back vibe of the island. It only has a few cars, so very convenient to get around on foot or by bike. You can stop at the hidden beaches you discover on your way, enjoy the view of the tropical forest, and befriend the turtles you meet on your way :). For a bite, don’t miss Chez Jules, great fresh juices and amazing food!

Although I was unlucky to get 1 full day of heavy rains but I enjoyed the property with swimming pool and took a rainy walk around.
They have got best beaches and would recommend to visit Source D'argent beach for sunset.
Cycling around the beach road was also fun...!

We loved it there!! Alex and his wife are really warm and welcoming people who will help you in every aspect of your stay or travel. + they really take great care of their guesthouse: The place is spotless! Feels more like a hotel with the possibility to cook. :-) I traveled with my 3,5 year old son: We felt most comfortable and welcome! It was hard to leave after just a few days.. We will definitely come back next time we visit La Digue!
