This is the place you want to go for a perfect vacation. We had two connecting units with our family. They were very spacious and comfortable. They over looked a pond full of Koi which you can feed. There is a huge choice of food for breakfast with vegetarian options and the food is amazing. The beach is just under 1 kilometre but easy to reach by bike or scooter. Best unspoiled beaches we have seen. It stretches for ever with hardly anyone. Maggie the owner was phenomenal. She even brought a cake for our daughter’s bday. There is a little village behind with a great café and a restaurant with beautiful local food for a really good price. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful, comfy, and quiet. We were well cared for by lovely smiling people. The surrounding area is quiet. Many water Buffalo and beautiful scenery. The walk to the beach is EASY and peaceful. We had the beach to ourselves every day. He had a lovely week. Breakfast was great!

Amazing, cosy and luxury hotel for a calm stay. We were stayed in the Grand Deluxe Pool villa that is very spacious and beautiful. The pool is just in front of the room, you have everything you need to take sunbathe and swim in a private and calm atmosphere without being disturbed by anyone. All the the staff are very lovely and professional, especially in the restaurant and the spa. We were surprised by the outstanding service and the willingness to provide us with the unique experience on each request. Regarding the restaurant, you have a various choice of the food with traditional plates as well as some europeans. You can also choose different fresh made smoothies and juices. The hotel is placed on the beach, so if the weather is good and the sea is calm, you can also have a very good experience with very beautiful views, especially at evening with magnificent sunsets. Finally, we just can say that this hotel and this place is simply excellent for a vacation.

We were in Phuket for a friends wedding and stayed here with many of the wedding guests. We really loved it. We had a room with it's own little pool and access directly to the main pool area. The room was large and nicely decorated. The main pool area was great and not busy considering the hotel was fully booked. The beach was actually super quiet, even Infront of the hotel which was a surprise and stretched for miles. We had a great stay and even returned after another hotel let us down. We will be back for sure.

    If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water activities, this is not a good option. there was plastic and other rubbish every where, both on shore and in the water. The resorts locally are lovely though and still worth staying at. We stayed at Santhiya and it was wonderful. The best thing about this area is it is not overcrowded and the locals are lovely

    Very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was tall and had all the facilities you need and the pool and beach area is nice. But for going there you have to cross a public road with lots of traffic. But the worst thing was the food. All our food experiences during our whole stay there was just unacceptable. When we told our complains at the first Dinner to the waitress (the tiger prawns were like gummy the rest was more ore less tasteless) she just said ‚ok‘, left and didn’t come back for a long time. The breakfast offers many different food options but mostly weak quality and poor taste. There is an egg station where they offer also poached egg. When I ordered one, it was (pre-cooked) picked out of a plastic box in the fridge and served cold; the omelette Thai style was disgusting - really not what you expected in a 5* Hotel. If you’re staying at the resort anyway, you should eat outside the hotel,for example at Natai Seafood.

    The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the airport after spending more time further north. Luckily it was only one night. At best it is a three star Ressort. Needs urgent renovation, breakfast is very basic, fitness room is a joke, the price level impacts ‚atmosphere‘… no way I would spend my vacation at such a place. Beach was ok, pool was sizable, staff was lovely, room had a good size … on the positive side

    Amazing hotel. Had a really Nice stay. Beautiful surroundings and serviceminded staff. The rooms are great and the beds are really really big and sooo nice. We played pool every night and enjoyed both the Beach and the swimmingpool. Beautiful bridge to the Beach and really good and cheap massages.

    Excellent hotel in perfect tropical location on a still unspoilt, little developed beach. Pool villas are great and allow for privacy in a tropical garden. Large public pool area with sufficient daybeds near the pools and on the beach.
