Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, it's only 2mins walking to Fisherman’s Village. The staff was wonderful. Front desk (Pepito) staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite new i guess and well maintained. The beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the view of the sunrise and sunset. We also visited "The Deck Beach Club" which is the same owner of the hotel in which they have pool and restaurant with 15% discount if you are checked-in one of their hotels.

Great location, well maintained resort, we had a beautiful villa and the reality meets the same as the pictures. Wonderful, attentive service from all of the staff. Having a villa with full cooking facilities means you can buy a lot of groceries or alcohol etc and stock up making a cost effective option for your stay. When feeling lazy, room service is always an easy option and the food from the restaurant is nice enough.

To get to the hotel, you have to go through the cafe and through the back. You wouldn't know that there was a hotel entrance out back just by being in the cafe. The hotel was very clean and the owners were extremely friendly. Your key card works at the cafe entrance as well when they are closed (11pm to 11am). My wife and I plan on staying here for one more night before leaving Koh Samui. Fisherman's Village is a really nice area to stay in Koh Samui and this hotel was in a very central location.

I have rated our stay at the Holiday Inn as 10/10 as it exceeded our expectations. I have already booked for our longer return in 2024!! The resort is a new product for the IHG group and it is perfect for families wishing to use top class kids club facilities - which I have not even seen in the UK along side excellent pool facilities and access to the beach. The rooms come in different tiers, the pool view villa room we had was spacious, very clean and attended to. The staff was constantly friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were attended to, the restaurant with a specific kids focus, the delicious 5 star breakfast and the well thought through design and architecture of the hotel lobby, pool and childrens sand pit, pool and jungle club facilities. The thai people have an innate warmth and this was obvious in all our interactions with pool, room, reception, restaurant and jungle club attendees. The Jungle Club facilities were phenomenal and I was able to use the services of the qualified day care staff for child care. I have no qualms in doing this for our trip next year. The dedicated check in for kids offered a very smart membership recognition. I would like to call out all the following employees as each and every one made a difference to our incredible stay and as such they should be recognised! For the restaurant, Saiya, Smile, Ant, Tum, Ao, Nut, Bat, Biw, Fo, Ubon. For the jungle club, Berry, Lukhet, |Earrnny and Fifa. For our room the lovely Janjira Sutto who went out of her way to bring a coffee machine into the room, over and above the current refreshment facilities. The GM was always available and for us a regular sight daily at the hotel. Miguel also showed great flexibility and its obvious there is a very high staff satisfaction which is reflected in the service the staff offers to guests. We could not be happier. The room was very well priced - so the secret is to book well in advance. A very well deserved 10/10

Although just a few minutes walk to the Main Street in Fisherman’s Village there was no noise whatsoever. I used the cute little balcony about every night when I wasn’t walking the village. Many, many nice restaurants and a few good coffee shops within a 15 minute walk. Staff was phenomenal and can arrange laundry if desired though there is self serve onsite and nearby. Beautiful beach nearby as well.

Locations was perfect and the place had the best host we’ve ever had in Thailand. She let us check-in earlier and check-out later than we were supposed, she ordered us taxi to pier/airport, gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat.
